做酒店工程项日与产品有关的相关工作流程

1、首先了解客户信息，是以代A商形式不是直接从甲方处获得以下信息:  (

1)先要了解什么工程项日，具体要做哪些内容(公区还是客房)，取得招标文件，和投标资格。

(2)是固装还是活动部分，工程量大小，工程进度情况

(3)从招标文件中或与客户获取什么时侯要报价、竟标和样板间什么时候交付等信息。

(3) Obtain information from the bidding documents or clients on when to quote, when to bid, and when to deliver the sample room.

2、从客户方获取相关技术资料、以便更详细的了解产品和报价。

(4)工程装修图电子档并与必要时派公司专业设计师与土程设计师进行具体要做的内容进行沟通，

(5)看过电子档并确定要做内容后进行报价单的编制，(前提是有机会竟标)  ( (6)产品材料、贴面材料及其它00殊材料的确定，五金材料的定位是甲供还是我方提供，申请公司设计师介入产品图纸的梳理以便报价.  (

(7)进一步确定样板间产品的细节、色板、五金、布艺等工作。

(8)业务将所有不清楚的地方格理在答疑日一并解决。

(8) The business will resolve all unclear areas on the Q&A day.

3、准备深化图纸、制作样板前的准备

（9)根据招标文确定好打样明细后，在确定项目报价过程中可让设计师读图以便深化图纸，为打样争取时间。并准备标书所有图纸及相关资料。

(9) After determining the sampling details according to the bidding document, the designer can read the drawings to deepen the drawings and buy time for the sampling during the project quotation process. And prepare all drawings and related materials for the bidding document.

 

 

 

 

 

(10)尽快统计样板间所需材料、并请相关部门核算用量，提前请购。

(11)深入了解客户信息及竟争对手情况，把样板间作好。同时准备格个程的清单明细为报价作准备。详细材料要求需进一步沟通。  4、中标后准各招休工释报价，为竿合同做准各

(12)竟标成功马上与甲方设计师确认内容的准确度或查看现场。固装产品确定何时复尺。活动家具就具体产品与甲方设计师对细节进一步确认沟通.  (13)与客户详谈产品信息，色板、布艺、五金，产品交货期等信息.

(12) Once the bidding is successful, immediately confirm the accuracy of the content with the designer of Party A or check the site. Determine when to measure the fixed product. 5、整程的同装和活动图纸的进一步深化确认

(15)同时准备所有产品的深化图纸L作。  (16)固装部分派公司设计师住现场深化图纸自接与对方设计师沟通或与装修公司沟通节点问题。  或与装修公司沟通节点问题。
