Compared with solvent based coatings, water-based coatings have advantages such as low environmental pollution, high leveling performance, and good appearance. However, compared to water-based coatings, they have disadvantages such as high construction requirements, good conductivity, and strong corrosiveness. Construction process of water-based paint:

 

 

 

1、酒店家具实木电动餐桌餐边桌基础处理：先去除木材表面的灰尘和油脂，如木材表面沾有油污，油脂即可擦洗干净。除尘后，油砂纸、大型砂纸包5平方方木垫研磨。要求光滑、抛光、清洁。

2、全刮痕透明腻子：腻子要刮，干净，不应漏刮。

3、砂纸：油灰干后，用1号砂纸打磨后擦净布。然后用同一腻子刮第二道，要求同刮腻子道。刮完后，在钉孔和缺边角处涂上腻子。刮完后，将腻子满刮平，然后将纸磨平，使木纹清晰，边角不可折断，擦完后清理干净，用湿布擦干。

4、刷道水性清漆：涂刷时要横平竖直，薄厚均匀，不流不坠，刷纹通顺，不许漏刷，干后用1号砂纸打磨，并用湿布擦净，晾干。今后，每种涂料在夏季的间隔时间约为6小时，春秋两季的间隔时间约为24小时，好有较长的条件时间。

4. Brushing water-based varnish: When brushing, it should be horizontal and vertical, with uniform thickness, without flowing or falling, and the brush pattern should be smooth without missing the brush. After drying, it should be polished with No.1 sandpaper, wiped clean with a damp cloth, and air dried. In the future, the interval time between each coating in summer is about 6 hours, and the interval time between spring and autumn is about 24 hours, so there is a longer conditional time.

 

 

 

 

5、酒店家具实木电动餐桌餐边桌喷漆和修复颜色：喷洒颜色精华或色泽油来修复被刷过头部的疤痕和指甲的眼睛。应根据当时颜色的深度灵活掌握。修复后的颜色应与原始颜色基本相同

6、刷第二种水性清漆：首先检查喷色和修色，如果符合要求，可以刷第二种清漆，清漆干后，用1号砂纸研磨，用湿布擦拭干净，然后再细查。如果有腻子渗漏和凹凸不平的地方，需要涂上彩色腻子，局部研磨后干燥，并用湿布擦拭。

After the varnish is dry, grind it with No.1 sandpaper, wipe it clean with a damp cloth, and then carefully inspect it. If there is any leakage or unevenness in the putty, it is necessary to apply colored putty, grind the local area, dry it, and wipe it with a damp cloth.
